Our hope is that every student would feel loved and accepted here while growing in relationships with each other and especially growing in their understanding of Jesus Christ.
-- We incorporate fun activities to help build relationships in a safe environment with adults that speak Christ into the lives of students.
-- We use various worship elements to help students experience God.
-- We regularly incorporate service opportunities to teach a world view and what it means to be a healer to the suffering body of Christ in the world.
-- We offer regular weekly Bible study, Sunday school and confirmation classes to help students grow in knowledge and understanding of Father, Son and Spirit.

Volunteers and Donations Needed Tuesday, February 21, FLC
The youth’s Fourth Annual Fat Tuesday Pancake Supper is February 21.
Silent auction donations and lots of volunteers are needed for this event! Email Stephanie@stphilipsumc.org or Dana@stphilipsumc.org, or call the church office at 244-2175, to volunteer to assemble auction baskets, set up, clean up, collect tickets, or cook/serve. Silent auction donations, such as gift cards to restaurants,
movie theaters, tickets to sporting events; new or very gently used household
items, are needed. All proceeds will go to the youth mission trips. |

Senior High Mystery Trip!

COST: $115 Includes meals, lodging, transportation, and entertainment.
MORE DETAILS: Our senior high youth are invited to come to _______ and go to _______ (you'll just have to use your imagination!) We will be leaving EARLY in the morning on March 10 and return mid-afternoon on March 12. Youth are encouraged to bring some personal spending money. We need to know as soon as possible if you are going so we can plan effectively!

We have youth Sunday school for grades 6 through 12, from 11-12 pm.
Junior High meet in FLC 16
and are taught by Jeff Hailey.
Senior High meet in the Youth Loft and are taught by Stephanie Smith.
The Youth Group will begin meeting again on Wednesday, January 11. The times are
as follows:
• 5:00 to 7:00 pm, FLC 16 - Confirmation Class
• 6:00 to 7:00 pm, Loft - Junior High Youth
Group
• 7:00 to 8:00 pm, Loft - Senior High Youth Group
All youth are encouraged to come for the Wednesday Night Dinner at 5:45 pm. The cost is $4.00 per
person. See you there!
