About Us
St. Philip’s Preschool operates a state-licensed preschool program for children ages 2-5 year olds. Our purpose is to provide a preschool program in which each child can grow and develop spiritually, cognitively, physically, emotionally and socially within a Christian atmosphere. Philosophy
We believe each child is a child of God—a special unique person valued for his/her own worth, who is growing and learning at his/her own pace as he/she actively relates to our world through play—- a child’s “work.”
We believe that this program is one of the church’s outreaches into our community as we strive to meet the needs of children and encourage participation and education.
Religion
St. Philip’s United Methodist Church considers the Pre-school program an integral part of its Education Ministry. The preschool has time devoted to teaching the principles of Christianity through scripture lessons, songs, activities and puppets. We welcome children of all faiths. The children are helped to become aware of God’s love as they participate in a caring Christian environment.
Hours of Operation
The preschool is open Monday through Friday, with classes meeting on various day schedules. All classes meet from 9-2pm.
St. Philip’s follows the Round Rock Independent School district calendar in regards to holidays. On RRISD Early Release days St. Philip’s will dismiss school at 12:00 pm.
Age Requirements
A child must be the age of the class in which he or she will be enrolled in by September 1st.
Tuition & Fees
Enrollment in the Preschool is a commitment. Tuition is calculated on a yearly basis and is payable in 9 equal installments.
Registration Fees
There is a one time $50 registration fee due at the time of registration. Registration fees are not refundable.
2012-2013 Tuition Payments
Tuition is due in full on the 1st day of each month and subject to late fees after the 10th of the month. There is no credit given for absences or school holidays.
