Rental Information

St. Philip's Family Life Center can accommodate 250 people and has multiple round tables and 200+ chairs included in the rental. St. Philip's Preschool, Chapel, and Admin buildings can be rented out as well.

St. Philip's UMC is an alcohol free campus and no alcohol may be served during events.

In order to determine the final cost of your rental, please indicate below if any of the following applies to your event. Our facilities are equipped with audio visual equipment and full service kitchens. Serving food is allowed at no additional cost, but cooking food at our facility does add a cost. We can also provide the use of audio/visual equipment at an additional cost. Please also indicate if participants will be charged a fee to attend your event.

We will need access to the kitchen for food storage / clean up

We will cook on site (adding an additional cost)

This event will need audio/visual services ($150 for the first 2 hours and $50/hour afterwards)

We will charge participants a fee to come to this event (factors into final price of rental)
